I was opening a store pack in eafc 24 and there was an icon that shows the pack is tradable but in the pack description it says all items are untradable so i opened the pack and all the cards were not tradable i was wondering if i could get compensation as it was false advertising
Just looked closer at another pack and it does say all untradebale at the end BUT I looked at the icon next to the title in bold and they both had the handshake icon, which was what I looked at. Furious at this, it's totally unfair. Might seem like a small mistake an icon is incorrect, but it's what I looked at and used to inform my purchase. EA can't make a mistake like this and blame it on me. I always use the icon to inform purchases.
Was going through packs and by the icons saw that one pack was very good value so bought it expecting tradable players packed 3 good players but the pack gave me untraceable players if I the icon had said untraceable I would not have bought the pack this is some major false advertisement
