There is conflicting information in the image, the handshake icon indicates tradable but it clearly says untradable.
The relevant teams are aware of this.

If we bought this pack expecting it to be tradeable due to the icon symbolising its tradeable, in what I would describe as bigger and clearer then the small
print underneath are we due compensation?
as you can see from the image the symbol is far bigger and clearer then the small writing underneath
I only saw the icon and it was showing tradeable, so i just bought FC Points and opened it, i didnt read the description, why should i when there is a big symbol that shows "Tradeable"
If you want to get forensic about this, it doesn't "clearly" show as untradeable. I, like others it seems, have gone by the "handshake icon" for years to see if a pack is tradeable or not. I grabbed my points and packs as quickly as I could thinking I'd got a bargain. Turns out I never. Crucially, I would never have bought them had they been "clearly" labeled as untradeable. This isn't right, and needs fixing.
I assume the purpose of icon （ie. handshake）to make users undestand easily if pack is tradable or not.
Otherwise you should not have used icon unless EA can use icon properly without contradiction between statement and icon.
In addtion, if you say "clearly says untradable", I would like to say "Your icon, handshake, cleary shows tradable"

I have this problem too. The visual bug in the shop definetly exists at least since centurion (As you can see in the screenshots posted before), leading players to buy packs thinking they're tradeable.
@EA_Barry can you tell us what will be the next steps regarding this issue? The Twitter/X-Thread regarding the disablement of the untradeable packs does not have any updates, although the packs are available again.
