Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Look in the store, your packs appear has tradable but are not.
What happens when the bug occurs? I bought a pack displayed has containing tradable card, the pack cost me 1300 fc point but inside it was untradable cards.
What should be happening instead? Receive tradable cards

The exact same thing happened to me with the 1,300 eafc points pack today. In the attached image the icon after the pack name is as tradable but there was untradeable cards only
