Used EA FC points code but didnt get the points

Hello everyone, Im curious if anybody ever experienced something similiar. I used the code, it said that it was redeemed successfully, but I never got the points. I tried to contact EA help but they just keep on repeating to contact the retailer to check if the code was redemmed. Obviously it has nothing to do with the retailer and it got bugged or something and im running out of patience and options. So im just curious if anybody experienced something similiar and maybe even solved it.
