UT cup / Kick off cup cheating issue

Recently I am trying to play UT cup / Kick off cup on PS5. However, I discovered 2 - 4 players have automatically “won” the prize without playing any match.

When I match with them, I recorded a short video on it. I cannot even kick off the ball, the game just disconnected and they “qualified” as always.

I have even record their psn id / ea id, how can I report those guys, or can you try to fix the connection issues?

hello bro, same issue like me. on ps5 tournament, there is some player that never play a single match and won every single game.
i played against him about 8 times and always lose.
after line up appear on the screen, then automatically disconnect before kick off.
so frustation to play against them.
we can't do anything to stop them.
please fix this ea.
ruining our fun and so tired.
i also have videos and photos about them. but they are still playing that tournament and got free 500 fc point without playing one single match.

Please do not identify any player you suspect may be cheating, this is called "Naming and Shaming" and is not allowed on Answers HQ.

If you suspect unfair play, you can use the steps detailed at the following link to report.

@EA_Barry All I can do in the game is Report offensive Club name or Report offensive Squad name, where can I submit information for your investigation?

This sucks, I tried to play two UT Cups today and I can only confirm that the game is full of cheaters.
I want to avoid writing nicknames, but I am sure it is not naming and shaming, these are real cheaters, certainly not just suspects.
The first match, the opponent's lineup presents invisible cards, only the shadows, and after a second "thanks for playing".
The player then won the 16th, eighth, quarterfinals and semi-finals without playing a match, in the final he lost without playing so either he didn't show up or he found a cheater who was more cheating than him.
I wait an hour and start another cup, I play the first match, this time I manage to play and win with difficulty: then I immediately move on to the second match, same story, invisible cards and match that doesn't start, then the usual message "thank you for playing".
What can I reply to your "thank you for playing"? Please, thank you for making me use my free time to find myself with bitter blood, and thanks to the cheaters who ruin the gaming experience of many honest players to win a measly package.

@ChanFung97 Ya wanna tell on people and potentially get them banned when it’s not a cheat. It’s some kind of coding error and I believe this because I’ve won 8 tournaments without playing a single match. If you play the really early tournament from say 130am till 630am you’ll find the people who registered aren’t in online there asleep and seeing they are registers for the tournament they go in it but if you active and online and join moment it says 5mins until match starts you will be gaurntees the win. Again it’s not a cheat. It’s a flaw in the games code. Sum up: half the people ment to play in them aren’t online they asleep so whoever is online and actually playing you’ll win without playing any game

@EA_Barry Are you really don't know that for this link is impossible to report about cheating in FC 24? Only about "name of club" 🙂 Very funny hear it from "Communty manager"

@futballmessiah @ Seems you are new to ut cups , because eventhough what u described is possible its hardly the case i have met many ppl in semifinal and final stage who dont start the match and u get kicked out and if u try to rejoin the lobby it doesnt work until you are declared the loser, i have reported and reported i am getting tired of reporting because this hackers/cheaters are in virtually every single tournament, ea needs to do something about this its taking out the fun out of the game
