Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? It is present as soon as you log in to ultimate team.
What happens when the bug occurs? After redeeming one of those packs/picks within a pack it now says that I always have 1 unopened pack in the store after going to the store there is no pack for me to open. It is also like this on the companion app where it shows a red a red dot in the store indicating I have packs but there is none there to open. I also do not remember what pack or pick I redeemed or if I received it.
What should be happening instead?
as the picture shows, I am told I have packs but there is none to open.
