Unable to connect to FC 24 servers

Hi there. Thanks for reaching out. Let's make sure you're properly power cycling your equipment. Please follow these steps:

1. Unplug your modem/router for 2 minutes
2. Hard restart your console by holding down the power button until it turns off
3. Power it all up and try playing again

If that doesn't help, try clearing the alternate MAC address with these instructions:

1. Close the game  and go to the Xbox settings
2. Go to Network settings
3. Choose Advanced Settings
4. Select Alternate MAC Address and hit Clear

I tried both suggestions, but any of them worked.

What I did was to disable the 2FA and it worked. Although, it doesn't sound like the best solution.

Now, I'm trying to understand why the 2FA is messing with the connection.

Thanks for trying those suggestions. Are there specific modes that aren't working or is this happening when you load into the main menu? Can you get a screenshot of the error?
