Victim of own goal glitch in rivals!

I just got a match loss after my opponent did the 3 own goal glitch on me. He did so after I scored a goal against him.

After he did the glitch, my screen froze to the stadium background and ultimately made me leave the game with a pop up from EA. 

I get into Ultimate team again, and see that I’ve been given a loss for this! This is absolutely outrageous!

This match was played about 5-10min before I started to type in this thread. 

I hope to get a reply from EA with positive results! Please!
