Volta Items Disappearing after playing a clubs match or drop ins

I doubt they will come up with a fix for this. Some people had this issue with '23, I did not, but not everyone has this issue which makes me wonder what is causing it for those affected. I tried deleting the game and reinstalling but that did not resolve items disappearing.
