You may be logging in with the wrong account. Please clear the cache data for your browser and then log back in with the same email you use in the game.
thanks for quick answer, its the correct email and password. i'm logging inn with the ea app email i use for ea app.
and i've tried to cleared the cache data, tried logging in with phone, browser tried to cleared cache within the ea app aswell
i feel i've tried everything now nothing works
