Weekly and bi-weekly objectives didnt reset.

What happens when the bug occurs? My Weekly and Bi-Weekly challenges were not reset in objectives. The timer was reset but none of my challenges were so I can not complete any more for more xp and I have to wait another week and 2 weeks to be able to do any
What should be happening instead? My Objective Challenges should of been reset

What happens when the bug occurs? The weekly objectives and the bi-weekly objectives did not reset. The timer got a reset but my objectives are still showing all completed with no reset. I cannot gain any XP because of this.
What should be happening instead? My Objective Challenges should have been reset

Please look into this as it is hard to get any xp without the weekly and bi-weekly objectives. Thank you

What happens when the bug occurs? objective is not counting.
What should be happening instead? objective should be counted.

Bi-weekly objective did not reset.

*had to choose part of the mode as "SBC", but it is in objective part.

My bi weekly objectives haven’t refreshed and I’m not sure what to do. It’s impossible I had completed 30 matches in 2 days therefore I know they haven’t refreshed. 

Any fix yet ?

Two weeks have past and it said I had 1 refresh but my bi weekly objectives haven't reset but it has reset the countdown for another 2 weeks. I will fall so far behind on XP I need a fix urgently.
