We've noticed your computer is currently offline

Just bought the game and have been trying to play it for the past 5 hours, i've done alot, and I mean ALOT of troubleshooting and i made some progress but i'm currently stuck on this error, it says my pc is offline which it isn't (i'm posting this right now so...) i've searched everywhere and it has not helped a tiny bit, please help me out guys i'm just tryna play some carreer mode
