me too, the game closes on its own when entering matches, and I could not find a solution

ive had the same thing for 2 weeks, lost £50+ from cancelling and reactivating xbox gamepass, ea play pro several times thinking it would work. I've lost my money (yes i made a dumb decision) but if it wasn't for this stupid glitch i wouldn't have done so
