    Try go to Settings > Profile > Delete and remove, delete personal settings.

  • When I enter to ultimate team The game freezes in the background. I tried to Delete the game and restarted the console, but to no avail

Can you attach a DxDiag?

Also, look at your Reliability monitor:

  • Press the Windows key and "R" at the same time.
  • Copy and paste "perfmon /rel" (without the quotes) in the new Window > hit “ENTER”
  • Look if it has entries for the game executable or EA app.
  • If yes double click at the last entry for the game executable or EA app, copy the info, and save it to a text file.
