Why can’t I send an email to EA support
I’ve submitted a case this morning for missing content and I got an email asking me for more detail, so I emailed back what they wanted but then immediately got a reply saying sorry we don’t monitor this email anymore please go to EA Help.
I did this and went to “Resume Case” and it does nothing!
What do I do?
