Why can’t I send an email to EA support

I’ve submitted a case this morning for missing content and I got an email asking me for more detail, so I emailed back what they wanted but then immediately got a reply saying sorry we don’t monitor this email anymore please go to EA Help. 

I did this and went to “Resume Case” and it does nothing! 

What do I do?

  • sorry to tell you, but you are shadow banned happened to me too a while ago its just EA is a * company there nothing you can do.

  • Can send a an email, but cannot get a live chat with them. When you log out, it gives the live chat option, wait 5-10 minutes.. but wants you to log in to get a live chat.
