Chances are excellent that's the issue then. As a test, can you move close enough to use a wire to see if there's a difference?

Thank you for helping and I did get it sorted in the end I basically can't play unless I'm plugged in to the WiFi box no matter how close I am which is a joke in it self. But now I'm trying to login and everytime I'm clicking rivials/champions/online draft it's just taking me back to the main screen even though my WiFi is plugged in and each time I test it I'm get well over 100mbps on download and upload
