Thanks for reaching out about this. I'll try to help with your connection issues. First, I'd like you to run the Connection Quality Report and get me a screenshot of the overall score as well as the match history. You can find the button for that on the left side of the screen.
It was ever since that one guy disconnected me mid game.

We're not aware of any way for someone to force you to disconnect. From what I can see, you've got packet loss causing this. Have you tried all the troubleshooting steps here?

So you’re saying the 0.06% packet loss I’m getting is now making the game unplayable when I have 500+ download wired connection and the game has been fine for the last 10 months?? And all other games are fine?

Yes. I am. Your speed and stability are 2 different things. It doesn't matter how fast your connection is if it's unstable. If this all of a sudden started happening, power cycling might take care of it. Try doing that now with these steps: unplug your modem, router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem and router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not.
