Why haven’t I been given the win when my opponent left????

I was winning a UT champions game 3-1 when my opponent left. After I got back onto the menu, I found out that I haven’t been given the win. It didn’t even class as a game for me. This is absolutely ridiculous considering I’ve payed money for this game and they can’t get the most basic thing right. Joke.
