Will not connect to ea Severs on my ps5 however it connects fine on ps4

My PlayStation 5 has two versions of FC24 ps4/ps5 I want to ply ultimate team on the ps5 however it keeps saying “you have lost your connection check your home network to EA servers” my internet is fine all my other games work online. The ps4 version works online and connects to EA servers please can someone resolve this

Ive got the same issue and its for all my ea games on PS5. Just wont connect to the servers.
Ive tried everything through this thread and nothing works..
Can someone please help? Its been like this for 48 hours now

@sand01993 I have the same problem. i hade done everything, read every forum, talk to EA support chat 6 times, called my ISP and they can do nothing, talk to Microsoft, clear my cache so on so on, nothing work. i tried this morning and change my DNS again och know i play one game and then o lost the connection to the server. maby its time to say good bye to Ea after 27 years (fifa 97) of fun. Old fifa was much more fun and WORKS every f-ing time!

Have you found a solution? I know it’s been 2 years but I’m facing the same issue rn, can’t log into any ea games on my ps5.
