Winter Wildcards Crafting upgrade missing from Objectives

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? The Winter Wildcards Crafting Upgrade SBC was visible as an SBC which I have completed (I completed 150 times). It shows as completed. However the Winter Wildcards Crafting Upgrade does not appear in the Objectives and therefore I cannot claim my rewards.
What happens when the bug occurs? The Winter Wildcards Crafting Upgrade does not appear in the Objectives. Therefore I cannot claim my rewards for completing the Winter Wildcards Crafting Upgrade SBC.
What should be happening instead? I should be able to see the Winter Wildcards Crafting Upgrade in Objectives so that I can claim my rewards.

Winter Wildcards Crafting Upgrade SBC was visible as an SBC which I have completed (I completed 150 times).  However the Winter Wildcards Crafting Upgrade does not appear in the Objectives. Therefore I cannot claim my rewards for completing this SBC.

    I completed the last SBC for WW 150 Upgrade at 12:03 this morning PST but was unable to claim

    the milestone reward because the season updated. The SBC is still live, however, so shouldn’t the reward also be available?

    this was an 83x20 and was the main reason I was doing the SBC.

    please help!

     winter wildcard objective is disappeared when the new season dropped

    I was doing the last of the winter upgrades the objective stated I had 9 hours still remaining and has now disappeared

    I also had issues claiming - can't get my final 83x10 as well as 83x20 group reward. I have opened a case but the reply is not even what I was asking. Would appreciate if someone from EA can have a look properly at my case.

    Same with me , I think they can fix it for us if we can make them hear this problem

    Same thing happened for me, really hope they fix this because it was a grind to get all 150 packs completed….

    Agree! This should have been picked up as an issue by EA pretty quickly, and I think it probably has. Communications are terrible - a simple message of acknowledgement would be nice.

    Come on EA, fix the issue, and give us some compensation too as an apology 🙂.

    Hello,

    Why is the objective removed? The SBC is still active.

    I want to complete it and now i dont want anymore because i will not get the rewards from the objectives!

    This happened to me. Contacted EAhelp and they said its a bug thats been reported.

    When I completed completed my winter wildcards crafting upgrade my 83+*20 was not given to me. At the same time the new season had just begun. I put a lot of cards into that upgrade and didn’t receive the big pack. 
    please help!!
