It worked once I signed out of psn but it won't work if I'm signed into psn. What's the fix?

luck, it gives me an error when I want to enter to play online in fc24, the intro starts, after which I press ultimate team and it tells me that there are no SSL data and the white screen appears and in the upper left corner it shows ERROR: 0x000000023
