Check to see if the firmware is up to date for your controllers. Open your Xbox settings and go to Devices & connections > Controllers & headsets. Then, hit the 3 dots. If an update is available, there will be a button saying Update now. Let me know if this helps or not. Thanks!
Hi, yeah I’ve updated both of them but still not working. I haven’t had this issue before with ea fc 24 or any other fifa up until last week.
Community ManagerDo you have anything else plugged into your console? Also, what kind of controllers are they? Are they official Xbox controllers or are they made by a 3rd party?
No nothing else is in the console. Both controllers are official Xbox controllers.
