@EA_Aljo An update for the game was released today. I did the update, but it didn't enter the game. When I deleted the game and reinstalled it, I was able to enter the game.
SOLUTION: Download the game's 07.02.2024 update. Delete the game and reinstall it.

When will the duplicate evolution player bug be fixed? It’s 5 months in the game and no sign of an update to fix it
