XBOX ONE S/FC 24 DOES NOT OPEN

My Xbox One S device fails to launch FC24 in any way. Due to this issue, I reset my device, deleted the game, and reinstalled it, but the problem persists. Are there any other users experiencing this...

@EA_Aljo Hello when i click play button on steam the fc 24 window pop up but the it closes without saying anything can you help me with that?
