I'm glad to hear it's working. Did what I suggested help or was it something else?

After reinstalling it and it still not working, I went back to the saved info, deleted it all and then restarted the console and it finally let me in, but that when I removed the saved cache the first time it didn't work.  So it feels like it's randomly sorted itself.  This is why I haven't much hope it will continue to work.

My son is having the same issue on xbox one his is the digital version he's also deleted and reinstalled game

Hello when i click play button on steam the fc 24 window pop up but the it closes without saying anything can you help me with that?

Hello EA Sports

I have the same issue started yesterday where the game will not load past the White Flash page on my XBox One.  I do not have anything plugged into any of the USB Ports, just my HDMI for TV and Power Cable.  I tried yesterday the following:

1. Cleared my Cache under settings
2. Powered Off my XBox System, and unplugged Power Cable for more than 5 minutes.
3. Finally had to uninstall the game and reinstall which fixed the issue yesterday, however I have the same issue today and cannot get past the white flash page.

There are multiple users on this support case that are obviously having the same issue.  I have paid for this game but now unable to play it.  What is EA Sports doing about this?

Same issue here. Uninstalled yesterday, then reinstalled and was fine. This morning has reverted back to the same problem.
