I have the same issue started yesterday where the game will not load past the White Flash page on my XBox One. I do not have anything plugged into any of the USB Ports, just my HDMI for TV and Power Cable. I tried yesterday the following:
- Cleared my Cache under settings
- Powered Off my XBox System, and unplugged Power Cable for more than 5 minutes.
- Finally had to uninstall the game and reinstall which fixed the issue yesterday, however I have the same issue today and cannot get past the white flash page.
There are multiple users on this support case that are obviously having the same issue. I have paid for this game but now unable to play it. What is EA Sports doing about this?
Same issue here. Uninstalled yesterday, then reinstalled and was fine. This morning has reverted back to the same problem.
Same issue. Uninstalled and reinstalled but same fault. Thought maybe fault with disk so tried fifa 23 and works fine. Was going to order new fc24 game but after reading comments think would be wasting my money. Will try deleting cache but think ongoing issue for many. Please advise EA what’s plan to resolve this
