XBOX SERIES X - D-Pad issue (not a bugged controller)

The d-pad is very un-responsive when scrolling through the menus. Example = in ultimate team when trying to go through the transfer list, the d-pad right and left up and down scrolling using the d-pad doesn't work well at all! It IS not my controller because I tested it with other games and the XBOX menus. The left stick works properly but not the d-pad. This is a bad bug that needs looked into and patched asap. I can see it already happening, people "miss-clicking" and accidently choosing the wrong option and or accidently selling the wrong player etc. Please look into this. Thanks -BK
