Sorry to hear that you are missing out on some XP. Just to check with you that there is no confusion on the XP objectives and how you generally gain XP.
Playing matches in Ultimate Team™ don't have XP as a match reward. Finishing a match only gives you coins.
The only way to gain XP is through objectives and rewards from ongoing competitions like UT Champions.
The Bi-weekly objectives unlock every 2 weeks, and you can get XP from completing them and other objectives that contain XP rewards.
With this in mind, are the objectives currently not tracking your progress or was there just confusion how you obtain XP in UT?

Having the same issue played through loads of the objectives, getting coins & packs as rewards but XP not registering in season progress, needed 100xp points to finish level 14 for days, overall xp showing as 13,900/14000, (still getting level complete pop ups) have played 76 games so should be much higher!
