Youth Academy Players can’t get a Playstyle+

They still don't generate for regens that generate above 80 overall. For example, a French CF regen rated 90 overall would never have the possibility of a playstyle+. This only further exacerbates the lack of balance between player and CPU teams.

Players generated over 80 overall should have the same chance of a playstyle+.

Ideally, full editing should be available like with xfactor abilities in other EA games rather than having arbitrary restrictions because ultimately, the playstyles that generate quite often don't match the type of player they are, or the type of player they are developed into.

Edit: Just to add some additional context, playstyle+ appear on 7/8 players rated 90+ in the latest squad update. From 85-89 it appears on at least 40/84 players with a heavy weighting to higher overalls. As goalkeepers don't seem to have playstyle+ in the base squads, the numbers for outfield players are quite a bit higher, although I haven't calculated it yet. This would suggest that there perhaps should be multiple overalls at which a playstyle+ should generate with increasing odds each time, if full editing isn't a possibility.

Yes, since the latest patch, having progressed 30 YA players over 80 ovr in testing I am yet to see one playstyle+.

One of the biggest issues as I see it is the complete lack of transparency in patch notes. Outside of patch 3 where it specifically mentioned playstyles on GKs, there has been no mention of playstyles at all. We need clear communication about the changes being made and ideally, the actual plan for playstyle and playstyle+ in career mode in general.

I see 3 options to satisfy the CM community.

1. Tiered playstyle progession at landmark OVRs with increasing odds at each level I.e. 80, 85, 90 etc, with near 100% odds for a playstyle+ at 90. Further to this, having a chance to gain other additional standard playstyles at these OVR landmarks.

2. Attribute-based playstyles where playstyles and playstyle+ can be selected at certain attribute levels I.e. aerial at 85 jumping, aerial+ at 90 jumping.

3. Full playstyle editing. If it's to complex to implement the others, just let us pick playstyles through edit player. This is possible in pretty much any other sports games career/franchise modes. It's an offline mode where competitive balance isn't a primary motivator, player enjoyment is.

@Hirst93the youth name pools have been broken since 23, and they refuse to act, who's to say they didn't break Playstyle+'s on the YA as well. I think they're trying to kill career mode once and for all and make us go play Evolutions or whatever FUT bs they claim is supposed to draw us CM players over

Can you please tell the % chance of upgrading? It is a lot of hours of playing the game to reach 80 overall with youth players. If its under 10%, its not worth it, it is better to just buy players with playstyle+. 

Other comments says no one ever see an upgrade, so maybe its like 1%?

The new patch didnt helped with this problem as i tested it.

I think something like this should be fair:

80+ - 10%

85+ - 25%

90+ - 50%

(per playstyle, so if a player have 5 playstyles, then he have more chances for a playstyle+)
