youth academy players when loan or transfer, when reaching 80 overall did not re

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? When youth Academy reach 80 overall during their loan, one of their playstyle did not receive a plus because when I have 5 youth academy players on my team, five of them Receive a playstyle plus when they reach 80 overall. But when youth Academy players during loan reach to 80 overall, their playstyle did not receive a plus in one of them. Same thing, when I sold my 78 rated left back and saw he was 81, his playstyle did not get a plus either
What happens when the bug occurs? When I loan an youth academy goalkeeper and brought him back during his second loan, keep him and when reach 80 overall, his cross claimed did not get a plus, but when I have a Lw youth academy on my team since the start, when he reach 80 overall, he got deadball plus. When I sold a youth academy, when he reach 80 overall during his team at his new team, his playstyle did not get a plus either.
What should be happening instead? That during loan or transfer, youth academy players that reach overall of 80, they should get an playstyle plus, if they’re on loan or not. I not saying this is a bug, but I need answers

    Important, please read this EA.

    So it turns out that if you loan out a YA player, they *permanently* lose the ability to get a Playstyle+, whether at level 80 or level 90.

    Let me be clear. This is SO RIDICULOUS that it basically makes the entire mechanic of YA players getting Playstyle+ useless. This is because if you don’t loan out players who aren’t good enough to play in your squad, Dynamic Potential will kill their potential completely.

    So unless I want to play my 55-rated YA graduates alongside my team of 85+ rated players, I have to either loan them out (forfeiting the ability to get Playstyle+) or let them rot as reserves and never make it to 80-overall in the first place (thereby also forfeiting the ability to get Playstyle+).

    This is so infuriating to discover that I am about to quit my career mode 6 seasons in, just as it was getting fun and my youth players were starting to become relevant.

    EA, please patch this ASAP. And please fix this in FC 25, or else I will not buy the game, and I will spread the word all over the internet to make sure that no other CM players buy the game either.
