Disconnect after game has ended

Question

Hi! I played today my FUT Chapms play-off game and I won it. After game has ended and referee had whistled I got disconnected.

In my connection is no problem. I talked with EA support and they confirmed disconnect is not my fault.

So I actually won the match, got disconnected and now the game has counted as loss.

This happened today 23.11.2023. I play xbox one. Can you help me?

Curious because it only seems to happen when I win a game. Either way its pretty disgusting this kind of thing is allowed to happen and never gets fixed
