I was playing fut champs on eafc 24 on the 20th of may and I was winning 2-1 when I suddenly got disconnected. When I got back on the game it had counted as a loss. I am now searching for some sort of compensation for this mistake.
Disconnections aren't my fault. I should be getting full compensation especially if it's costing me my champs rewards.
I have this problem for the past 2 weeks! EA how can I get compensation for this? If anyone knows what I have to do? Please let me know
Sadly, disconnections are a regular occurrence in Squad Battles, Rivals and Champs, and there's no chance of compensation.Many of us will even have experienced disconnections after the final whistle of a win, and been given a loss. Such is life!

I was disconnect 4 times during the previous Champions Finals which ended up leaving me on 10 wins rather than 14.
All 4 of these disconnects were between the 80th and 87th minute and I was winning comfortably in each of them. So really if ea servers were better I would have finished on 14 wins.
played this game for years. Time. Stress and money into it and there’s no justice. Not sure how this is going to help but I’d like my correct rewards EA
ps - this is by far not the first time this has happened. Just the first time I’ve actually complained
