E-mail adress no longer exists

Hi EA,

I already submitted a ticket several times but no one bothers to help me with my issue.

Everytime I open a new ticket it says waiting on player after few days, but i do not see any answer. Maybe you guys mail me but that is not really smart because it states in the ticket that my e-mail no longer exists. That is the problem i am seeking help with.

I am a little dissapointed about this fact because i play this game since 2000 but that probably does not count for anything.

    Hi @TaliX18 

    I understand that you are having some trouble with the email address registered on your account.   

    This isn't something we can fix here on the forums, but our support team will assist you with this issue. We will try to complete additional account verification to help you change that old email. 

    Even if you don't have access to your account or email, you can submit your case on our website. You can follow this article https://help.ea.com/en-gb/help/account/im-locked-out-of-my-ea-account/   

    Please note that the form will ask you for your current email (the one you can access) so we can create a new case for you and send you a response.

    Hi Pulsar,

    Thank you for your response, but i already tried what you are suggesting. I dont get any response from support and a month or two ago they already closed a ticket without responding. That is why I thought let me try it this way. 

    Can you pls ask someone to look into this? I submitted a case again a couple days ago, but no response. It just states waiting on player but i dont see any answer.

    Unfortunately, there is no other way to resolve this.

    To create a new case and initiate a chat, please follow these steps:

      

    1. Visit our website  the EA Help homepage and type 'EA App 
    2. Select See all help topics 
    3. Select the Manage my account category.  
    4. Select I need help logging in to my EA Account 
    5. Under the heading 'Still need help', the available contact options should appear 
    6. Initiate a chat with one of our support representatives.

    Thanks for trying to help me, but i already tried this several times now and I think they reply to the mail i no longer possess even though it states very clearly in the message that I can not longer access it. So very frustrating this. In the past there was a phone number you could call in the Netherlands but i can no longer find it. Is it still available?

    There is no phone support available, but you can reach out to the team via chat or email. Use the email address you have access to, to create your case. LINK
