FC 24 lags and hackers

Hi everyone, 

I'm writing these lines to say it loud : I can't handle these game lag switchers and cheaters anymore. AE does nothing to protect me as a customer, I paid my money for years to buy FIFA football games and now FC. Same thing every time. Why can't you just enjoy a game that I love and play online equally without getting my internet connection legged by a hacker player with no morals? AE I'm disappointed, I tried to call your phone, but in vain, the lady in your Orlando, FL office said there is no one that can answer my concerns. I've been waiting for a long time before writing those lines. Maybe you'll understand yourself and make a software or a bot that detects hackers and ban them from the game to keep the atmosphere clean. Apparently, you don't care. All you care for is money and sales. Enough is enough. I'm not buying FC or playing FC anymore. How in the world they can hack my internet to my PS5 and make it lag. I'm obliged to restart my PS 5 every time to take off the lag effect they cause using your servers. you don't know how to protect us. You don't want to protect us. I urge everyone to share their experience with hackers. Maybe AE will wake up before everyone takes the same decision I toke.

    Hello, @SawlegenX 

    We're not aware of a way to force connections to lag so it's very possible there's an issue with your internet.  We should go through some troubleshooting. First, I'd like you to run the Connection Quality Report and get me a screenshot of the overall score as well as the match history. You can find the button for that on the left side of the screen.

    @SawlegenX Check your connection score, if great. Delete saved data for fc 24 and launch app again. If settings are still there, repeat process one more time and launch app again but offline. If you use R1 as sprint button, it's a different ball game. Do your configuration before adjusting your settings of that is the case. If gameplay improves, lucky you.

    Someone here once said he had to use a proper HDMI and set tv to game mode and all was fixed. Try that too. Good luck.

    Typical odd you lot blaming others internet but  quarantined it's not. The fact hackers on PC are so frequent and if you play a different console you cant even report them for cheating when it's so obvious
