Game kicks me out - “The EA Servers are unable to process your request

Every time I finish the game the game comes up with a message that says “we can not process the game returning you to the main menu” and this comes up in any ultimate team game mode after I finish a match. Is there any ways to fix this or is this a known issue EA are trying to fix because I would like to be able to play the game without getting kicked out.

    What is your connection type (Wi-Fi/Cable)
    Which mode has this happened in? 
    Which part of the mode? 
    How often does the bug occur? 
    Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? 

    Recent Timestamp (Date, Time, Timezone)

    Images of the error are also useful

    In the meantime I would suggest going through the basic and advanced steps we have available on our website as it often helps.
