I can’t open Ultimate Team

I'm heading out for 3 days in about 30 minutes so it might be good to contact an advisor.

I was wrong here, loading screen changed but still having the issue.

I’m now having the exact same issue when opening UT! I can connect to online but as soon as I enter an online game through UT it kicks me and send me this message ‘Connecting to ultimate team is not possible at the moment. You will now be returned to the main menu’?

This has been happening since the new patch with the new loading screen (2days). Any idea?

Thank you for following up. I can try opening a case but always have had better success in these forums so thank you for checking in. My hunch still says that the issue is related to the Maradona Grassroots greats loading screen—it says that the offer ends 3/14 so I can follow up if I am still having issues after the loading screen changes. 

I'm still not seeing other reports of this besides the ones in this thread. If you notice any that are not part of the pack opening issue from last week, let me know. Since it's only 3 of you, so far, there is no open investigation. 

Have you contacted an advisor to see if they have any suggestions? If not, you can open a case with these instructions. I'm also still looking into this to see if we have some additional troubleshooting to suggest.

Yo tengo problemas hace dos semanas al ingresar al ultimate team, se me desconecta de los servidores y no puedo jugar a nada en red

Im seeing like 5 active threads about people having issues connecting to FUT24 and I wasnt the one who even started this one. And I tried with another account, still no luck

I'm not seeing others reporting this issue so we're not aware of the game being broken. 

Can you create another PSN ID to see if that works? If it does, that narrows this down to an issue specifically with your account.
