HIevery time I log in to ultimate team I get to the game screen and this message pops up"Your connection has been lost. Check your home network. You will not be able to access fc's online features until you connect to EA servers again. For more information, visit EA.com/unable-to-connect"I reconnect to the EA servers, go back to ultimate team.....and the same message arrivesthe home network is working perfectlylike you see on the imagine

@cala1974 How are you connecting your internet to your console? using wifi or LAN cable?

FIFA/FC game needs stable connection, slight drop in connection can cause such issues. Make sure you using cable to connect your internet.

Also, try to restart internet, router, console etc.

Please note - SpeedTest only test a speed of Internet. It does not shows your packet loss/jitters on internet connection. For online gaming (specially for FIFA/FC), this is most important factor.

HII use a PC to play EAFC 24, and I use a LAN cable, I did what you told me with the router and checked the loss/jitters and there is no data loss
