Thanks for reaching out. We should go through some connection troubleshooting. First, I'd like you to run the Connection Quality Report and get me a screenshot of the overall score as well as the match history. You can find the button for that on the left side of the screen.

Edit: You had accepted this as a solution. It would not resolve your issue so I removed that to avoid confusion.

    Thank you. Can you get the match history as well? It's on the left side of the CQR screen where it says Match History.

    Thanks. I'm not seeing any issues with your connection. I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem and router. Also, shut down your PC. After 2 minutes plug in the modem and router. Let them come back online completely. Start up your PC and try playing again. Let me know if that helps or not.

  • Still have the problem i played  games and finished them. after that it was the same problem again i was being disconnected from the ea servers.

    No it isnt working i changed my DNS to 8.8.8.8 and it is still doing the same. after 30 to 60 minutes i will lose connection . Mid game.

    @ouwemijnwerker 

    I think you should contact your ISP to see if they can notice an interruption with your internet happening at those specific times. 

    A couple of other things to check would be to make sure the router's firmware is up to date and that UPnP is enabled.

  • how can i check if my router is up to date?

    and what is UPnp and how do i enable it?

    @ouwemijnwerker 

    You need to log in to the router's admin console to check these settings. I recommend doing a web search for the manual or contacting your ISP if they have issued the equipment.

    Im also having the same issue, and have exhausted all possibilities you have mentioned. Still hasnt worked

    Exactly same problem here. Internet-connection is good and everything is working. After the opponent quits or after about 60 mins the connection gets lost and I lose the game or it does not count. 

    I checked everything and this is the first time that this problem comes up in Fifa this often (last 4 games in a row). 

    So I can not win or finish any match... please fix this or I have to claim a refund.
