Ultimate team compensation Please EA

I preordered the ultimate edition last week friday, Since then i am yet to properly connect to the Ultimate team game mode. I thought this would have been resolved by now. Its been 5 days already and I still cant play at all. What was the point in getting the ultimate edition for early access if i cant even access the game mode...........................And a few other people have been experiencing the same issue. Will this ever get fixed?? Can we expect some sort of compensation?

    Hi there, @Vncokai 

    What is happening when you try to connect to Ultimate Team? Also, as a test, can you try switching your connection to use a mobile hotspot and let me know if that connects?

    Hi @EA_Aljo  When i try to connect it says unable to connect, sometimes it connects via LAN connection and WIFI but then immediately freezes and kicks me out. I have reset my router, clean the cache on PS5 but still nothing. It does connect on mobile hotspot but the connection is so bad its basically unplayable. Ive never had this issue with any other game

    @Vncokai 

    If it's always connecting through a mobile hotspot and sometimes connecting through your home network, that's an issue with your equipment or ISP. It would be best to contact their support for assistance.

    If thats the case then shouldnt the other online games also have the same problem? Because i can connect to clubs etc perfectly fine

    Not necessarily. I have seen times when an ISP had an issue where UT couldn't be reached so this is possible.

    @EA_Aljo Okay thanks I will follow up with my ISP. Just strange that I never had this issue with FC 24 and now suddenly on FC 25 im getting it. But yeah

    If we find any issues, we'll make an announcement. I of course can't guarantee this isn't on our side, but with the vast majority of people being able to connect to UT, nothing is point to that.

    Something else you can try is using alternate DNS settings. There are instructions for that here.
