Unable to redeem expired season progress rewards

I completed some of the season progress levels but left them unredeemed as I didn't want to redeem the packs. When the season ended, the rewards were not auto-redeemed and I can't seem to locate/redeem them when I go into objectives and view previous season progress. Anyone have any idea on how do I redeem them or have had this problem?

I have the same problem, I’m unable to claim my last season’s level 25 rewards 83x 20 / 87+x 3. Would really like to get help on how to claim them!

I am chat with the cs, but what they say is they marked it to the responsible team.... Don't now if we can even get the packs back before the toty ends..
