UT only works with mobile hotspot

The UT game mode only works with mobile hotspot. I run LAN on a very good internet line. I don't understand how UT only works with mobile hotspot.  I have tried everything but nothing works. It's been a whole week since I played! 

Please, I need urgent assistance.
