hello,today i was playing manager career mode to get the last xp for lvl 34 of ultimate team, when i was collecting the reward it bugged and chose Malen instead of Grealish is there any way to get it fixed so i can get Grealish please?

I picked Jack Grealish for the level 34 rewards for season 2. But for some reason it just immediately showed me Malen as my pick. Any way to revert this?
I also received Malen instead of Grealish, would also like to trade for the other

Got the reward for season 2 level 34 tried to select Grealish and it gave me Malen. Just want them to be switched and have the Grealish card.
I have just completed the season and with the level 34 player pick, I have claimed the reward but it was a blank card and didn't show me who i was picking. It was pure guesswork, and now I'm stuck with Malen instead of Grealish who I really wanted.
Is there anything I can do?

Thanks, everyone, for reporting this. I'll let the team know, and we will make sure that the level 34 rewards are working correctly.
Have you found a solution? It happened the same to me. Received Malen instead of Grealish.
I am having an issue that I would like solving. I went to pick the two seasons reward players, Jack Grealish and Malen. The game crashed when I selected the player pick and froze like it has done regularly on this years game. I restarted the game and when I got back into it, it selected the Malen card already which is NOT the one I wanted. I really wanted the Grealish and now I have lost it due to a game error. I already went on live chat twice to solve this issue but they keep telling me to post on here. Please can someone answer and sort the problem so I can have the Jack Grealish card I wanted and grinded for.
I have had the same issue. I want the Grealish Card not Malen. But the game crashed and I got Malen.

I also had this issue. I have tried contacting them through creating a case but none of them are able to help. They say “we will pass it on” and nothing ever gets solved. It’s been a week and I still have no progress. Is there another way of contacting EA directly? It seems their chat service employees have no power to help. But someone at EA will 100% be able to replace Malen with Grealish. Before quick-sell recovery, a friend of mine quick sold a player and EA helped give him the player back. Any ideas on how we proceed?

I agree. It is not hard to solve this just a straight swap. I have been waiting a while and the live chat services take ages and have not helped. There has been no update here and no speed on replies or reassurance. Hopefully it gets solved soon as a lot of people are having the same issue.
Any idea on what we can do mate? I’m trying to look into another contact email or something. Or perhaps if there is a number for EA to call. This is insane. Put so many hours into it and this is what we get? Ridiculous
No idea. I have been on 2 live chats lasting far to long. And they just directed me here. I don't quite understand how to use this and above, the EA Pulsar response is just brief saying we will solve the problem but they havent said if they will sort us out with the correct reward. I, like you, really wanted that Grealish card.

- @EA_Pulsar And what of our Malen card that we were mistakenly given and not Grealish? Please actually address the issue for us, who have grinded to try and get the Grealish card. Not just to prevent others from having this issue. Please actually help us get the player we worked hard to get. Thanks
Hello, I kindly ask for your help. Today, I reached the seasonal reward “Player Pick: Malen/Grealish.” Unfortunately, my game was freezing, and I accidentally selected Malen, but I would prefer Grealish. Could you please help me with this? Thank you very much for your kindness.

Welp, I don't think they can do much about it. Asked an advisor about this and unfortunately, they weren't able to help me with the issue as well. It sucks but it is what it is..
I had the same thing happen to me, grinded for grealish and got malen somehow... He doesnt even fit in my team hes basicly useless for me atm
When choosing my SP Level 34 reward, I clicked and chose Grealish. Was looking forward to him all season since his loan. I chose him….
However, I received Malen in the store. This was not a misclick. I have no use or desire for Malen.
How can I go about getting this fixed and my Malen card replaced with the Grealish that I looked forward to all month.Had a similar problem, player pick did not appear and i clicked X on controller and malen got picked without any confirmation. Really hope they can undo this
I chose Grealish in the seasonal prizes and I got Mallena, please help me and change it!
