Account Ban
Please explain to me how I am meant to get an account ban removed when I have had a case ongoing since december only to have a new ban put on which I have been waiting a month to be removed.

A ban appeal should not take months, I would either create a new support case asking about the status of the first ban appeal or start a new appeal.
