Where are my FIFA Points?

What version of the game are you referring to?

Is it the EA Play Pro version or did you purchase a specific version?

Double check you didn’t buy them for the wrong year. Sometimes people buy them for 24 by mistake. 

I bought it on January 20th and I just started playing

Did your friend get the points?  If you share the game I believe only one account gets the points but I am not sure. 

I was just the first one to launch the game and start playing it, and thank you for answering me
