Can I still chargeback the game through my credit card?

This game is broken, and the goods/services are not as advertised. Simple as that.

    If you go around the normal refund policy I believe they will ban your account and might even your console.

It's trash?  You mean to tell me you don't appreciate what's happened to this game?  You don't like the additions like Mardi Gras masks, sun glasses, and freak show hairdos?  They seem to forget why people enjoyed this game in the past and the new target audience isn't even actual football fans anymore.
