Can you use an xbox account on the pc version of FC25??????

I have my xbox account with all my ultimate team progress and everything on it, now when i go onto the web app i am able to switchy between the xbox account and the pc account that i had to make to play the game, is there a way that i can do this but on the actual game ie switch from my pc account to the xbox account, i have the game downloaded through the xbox app where i am signed in with the same account i used for the game before switching to pc, but it always loads up the pc account which is the profile i am using here, i cant seem to find a way of choosing the profile i want to use even when they are linked through the xbox app. can anyone help or am i royally screwed??
