Can't find matches

Since last patch or few days after, i struggle to find matches. i often have to wait 10 minutes or so, sometimes during the night i find no matches at all. Never happened before, i live in italy.
I sadly have a Limited NAT connection, but i have over 1000 games this fifa so that shouldn't be the problem. 

I play on xbox series X. 

Please, find me a solution or i can't play fc25 anymore.
