I received a wrong card rarity.

I opened a Premium Gold Pack from the store (classic packs sections) about an hour ago and I got a gold Luis Suarez instead of the Team of the Season version, which is supposedly in packs and not the gold… I talked to and agent and got nowhere, I’m really mad. He kept sending me possible scenarios in which you can pack a gold card when there’s a special version in packs but none checked the situation I’m in. So I basically gave up, I got scammed (once again) by this game and company,  apparently it’s not enough to rig pack luck and try to persuade you to buy more store packs. So if anything similar has happened or happens to you, don’t waste your time, they never lose…
