Career mode is done

I just don't understand how is it possible that I can't disable summer transfers for every club, not only mine. I've been waiting for weeks to start a realistic career mode and now that you update winter transfers, I discover that this year it cannot be disabled. Seriously, I'm freaking out. 

Why is it so difficult to include a Season mode in which you play the full 2024/25 season as a team and dont have to worry about transfers?

To make matters worse, even though I set the signing probability on severe or whatever you call it, the first days of my career mode were already a clown fiesta, with teams making so many signings that made me feel stupid for waiting for so long to get the latest squad update.

Seriously, I just don't understand anything. Why can't you just make a one season and no transfers mode? Or, at least, let us block the first transfer window?
