Cheater ruining Champions finals on pc

This weekend i got a 9-0 start to Champs finals. I then came across multiple cheaters and partly because of this lost all remaining games. I lost out on the Morgan Rodgers objective but upon contacting the support there is no way of compensation or refunding the game. I see this as absolutely unacceptable when you pay money to buy the game. I have been reporting cheaters for a while now but with seemingly no effect. The past 4 weeks have been 2 out of 15 games against cheaters that put your players stats to 0, they then score 1 goal and after that they crash my game so that they get the win. Can someone do something about this or refund my game purchase.
